Brunch at Birds Eye Skybar is an experience shaped by both flavour and perspective. A generous brunch buffet is served with a selection of cold and warm dishes, classic favourites and seasonal touches, all enjoyed in a setting designed for long, relaxed sittings above the city.
From salads, fish and charcuterie to warm dishes like eggs benedict, classic royal and creamy pasta, the brunch continues all the way to a well-stocked dessert table. For those who want to take it even further, the kitchen offers add-ons – from oysters and caviar to sliders and pizza.
