The Grand Studio can be divided into three separate meeting rooms – Studio 1, 2 and 3. Intimate, focused spaces ideal for board meetings, group work and conversations where details matter. Free from outside distractions yet overlooking The Courtyard, each room offers a calm, concentrated setting where decisions are made, ideas take shape and work stays on track.

In our 30-seat projection room, ideas step into the spotlight. Here, lectures, screenings and presentations become more than information — they become an experience. With immersive sound, cinematic lighting and tiered seating, the room creates an intimate, focused atmosphere where the audience is fully engaged. Perfect for launches, surprises or moments made to inspire.

The Grand Yard is our largest stage — perfect for conferences, gala dinners, product launches or full-scale corporate events. A meeting between Södertälje’s industrial heritage and tomorrow’s ambitions. With high ceilings, a flexible layout and state-of-the-art AV, it’s a space built for both business and celebration. The Grand Yard can also be divided into two equal rooms — when your event calls for its own rhythm.

Yard 1 is part of The Grand Yard, carrying the same generous sense of space and flexibility – in a more contained format. The room is well suited for conferences, dinners and events where you want room to move, while still maintaining control over the flow.

With flexible layouts and views over the water, Yard 1 is a strong choice for occasions that require both presence and clear structure.

It is not a meeting place, but it is the place where many meetings begin.
