What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 12:00

When is breakfast served

Weekdays: 06:30–09:30
Weekends and public holidays: 07:00–11:00

When is the reception open?

The reception is staffed 24/7 and available around the clock throughout your stay.

Can I book breakfast without staying at the hotel?

Yes. Breakfast is available for non-resident guests at 210 SEK per person, or 105 SEK for children aged 2–12. Please contact us to make a reservation.

Can I bring my dog?

We offer selected room types where dogs are welcome. Please contact us so we can help you choose the right room.

Dogs are welcome in the lobby, where food and drinks are available, but are not allowed inside Jackie’s or Birds Eye Skybar.

When does the gym open?

The Dock Hotel’s gym opens in summer 2026. Until then, we offer complimentary access to a nearby partner gym during your stay.

When does the spa open?

The Dock Hotel’s spa opens in summer 2026.

Do you provide baby cots?

Yes, baby cots can be arranged upon request. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Are connecting rooms available?

Yes, we offer a limited number of connecting rooms. Please add this as a request during the final step of your booking or contact us for assistance.

Is The Dock Hotel accessible?

We have specially adapted accessible rooms. Please contact us and we’ll help you with your booking.

Finns det parkering?

We use Kringlans P-Garage.
Price: 190 SEK per 24 hours.

Entrance via Västra Kanalgatan 7. Take a ticket at the barrier.
Access to the hotel is available directly from the garage.
Take the elevator up and check in at reception.

Parking is paid at reception, where you’ll receive a ticket to use at exit.
Maximum height: 2 metres
Charging stations are available.

How do I pay at the hotel?

We are a cash-free hotel. Card and digital payments are accepted throughout the property.
